About Scott Holman
the Visionary Behind Rely SL
Scott Holman wasn’t always the success-driven man you see today. His journey began far from the corporate boardroom. From carrying a pillow to high school to job-hopping through roles as diverse as pizza delivery guy, forklift driver, and detergent mixer, Scott was struggling to find his place in the world.
At 21, as a college dropout, he faced the grim reality of looming bills and exhausting shift work that left almost no time for his growing family. But a chance encounter with a stranger at a chemical plant in Missouri changed everything. A question from this white-haired gentleman—“Why are you working here? You’re in a blue-collar role and you’re as white-collar as they come”—became a catalyst for transformation. For the first time, Scott considered that maybe, just maybe, he was meant for more.
Fast-forward to today, and Scott has built a career in sales and leadership at a top Fortune 500 company, authored “Stop Clowning Around,” and launched Rely SL. His dream for the firm is steeped in a philosophy of maximizing one’s God-given potential and performance. Rooted in the principles of Faith, Hope, and Love, as described in 1 Corinthians 13:13, Scott aims to elevate the world of sales beyond mere transactions.
